GmbH is the UK equivalent of Ltd. or LLC or Inc. in the USA - is the most common form of registration in Germany.
GmbH companies may be owned by various persons, including individuals, public companies or partners.
Before applying for registration with the German Companies Registry, the LLC must also appoint its first director and include a list of its shareholders.
