  • The companies listed here may be small companies in need of a capital raise or shell corporations designed to raise capital on the public markets to acquire other businesses.
  • Companies that do not qualify for the Nasdaq National Market trade on the Nasdaq-CM.
  • Nasdaq Capital Market companies must meet a net income standard of at least $750,000, a minimum public offering of 1,000,000 shares, at least 300 shareholders, and an offer price of at least $4 (subject to certain exceptions).
