For Canadian taxpayers, a notice of assessment (NOA) is the government’s published estimate of taxes owed for a given year.

Corrections made to these scores will also appear in the NOA and submitters have 90 days to formally object or amend any information in the document.
NAO can also signal that a legal or natural person has been selected for a tax audit.
