OsMA is a combination of an oscillator and the moving average of that oscillator. It measures the distance between these two values.
Any oscillator and any of its moving averages (MA) can be used to create an OsMA.
MA (oscillator) move slower than the oscillator. Thus, an increase in OsMA is a bullish signal as prices rise and vice versa.
When OsMA moves from negative to positive, it may indicate the beginning of an uptrend; When OsMA turns from positive to negative, it may indicate the start of a downtrend.
As a rule, a positive value of OsMA helps to confirm an uptrend in the price, and a negative value helps to confirm a downtrend.
