• The General Terms and Conditions of a policy is the part of an insurance policy that usually relates to cancellations, changes in coverage, audits, reviews, premiums, and policy assignments. The commercial lines policy forms a portfolio distributed by the Insurance Services Office, Inc. (ISO) and uses a modular approach to structuring policies. A commercial lines policy consists of an announcement page, general terms of the policy, one or more forms of coverage, and endorsements that modify the forms of coverage. The General Policy Terms Form (IL 00 17) is used with the Commercial Property, General Liability, and Crime Forms to indicate the terms applicable to the policy.
